Thank you so much for reading my story!...Hey there! Thank you so much for reading my story! :) Before I started working, I had a lot of time on my hands to workout for hours on end. Now that I have less time, I still make time in my schedule to workout. If you don't carve out time for something, you'll never have the time. I work M-F 9-3 so I wake up at 5 am during the week to get in about a 2 1/2 hour workout before my shift at work. Also, preparing my meals for the week on Sunday has helped me a lot with time as well. I hope this has helped you some. ohitzliliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13777029638277665598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-813492046440694956.post-65727013913114182442014-03-30T14:43:21.878-07:002014-03-30T14:43:21.878-07:00Hi Lilia, thanks for sharing your story. After working 9-6 Monday through Friday, I only have about four hours each evening to myself... and that's supposed to include making and eating dinner, preparing lunch for the following day, showering, reading/catching up on news, and spending time with family. 2 hours of working out 6 days a week seems impossible!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
